The NEXEVO portal is the private space where investors, landowners and brokers follow the status of their property projects in Spain: construction phase, milestones, documentation and progress reports. It is the same for everyone and adapts to your role. Access is restricted: it is activated after talking with the team. If you are an investor, you see project tracking. If you are a landowner or broker, you see your submitted proposals and their status. It is not a simple client area: it is where you check what corresponds to your participation.

Project status is checked when it is needed, without depending on scattered messages or waiting for someone to report. Each phase is recorded with its documentation: licences, site minutes and certificates.
