Privacy policy

What data we collect, what we use it for and what you can do with it, in accordance with the GDPR and Spain’s LOPDGDD.

Data controller

The controller is Vitaliy Kubishkin, autónomo, operating commercially as NEXEVO.

No data protection officer has been appointed. To exercise rights or ask about processing, write to info@nexevo.es.

What data we collect

If you use the assistant or write to us: name, email, phone, what you are interested in (investment, land or other) and how you prefer us to contact you (call or WhatsApp). If you send a message by WhatsApp or email, the content of that conversation. Technical browsing data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed and date, which the server or cache system may record for security and operation. We do not ask for DNI or payment data on this website.

What we use it for and on what legal basis

  • Responding to your enquiry and, where appropriate, a first call or WhatsApp: performance of pre-contractual measures or legitimate interest in handling a request that you initiate. Sending the form is voluntary.
  • Maintaining the website (security, cache, bug fixing): legitimate interest.
  • Loading fonts from Google Fonts: legitimate interest in displaying the website with NEXEVO’s visual identity. Google may process the IP when serving the files. Details are in the cookie policy.
  • Complying with legal obligations (tax, retention obligations or authority requests): legal obligation.

We do not use your data to send mass advertising. If there is a newsletter in the future, separate consent will be requested.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept while the relationship lasts and, afterwards, for the time needed to handle claims (as a reference, up to 3 years from the last contact, unless a longer legal period applies). Technical server logs rotate according to the hosting configuration. If there is no operation, you can request deletion when the law allows it.

Who we share it with

We do not sell data. The following participate as processors or providers:

  • Hostinger: website hosting (European Union / provider terms).
  • WordPress / LiteSpeed: CMS and cache on the same server.
  • Google Fonts: font downloads (Google Ireland / Google LLC). This may involve an international transfer; Google publishes its own clauses and policy.
  • WhatsApp (Meta): only if you choose to contact us through that channel; processing is governed by WhatsApp.

The NEXEVO Portal is a separate environment. If you are given access, processing for that account is explained there.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, deletion, objection, restriction and, where applicable, portability by writing to info@nexevo.es and identifying yourself reasonably. You can also complain to the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es). You are not required to provide data just to browse the public pages.

Security

The website is served over HTTPS. Access to the WordPress dashboard is restricted. No system is infallible: if you detect an incident affecting your data, let us know at info@nexevo.es.
